The English rider Julia Coppard has trained with Ulla since 2001. She lives in Vienna with her long term partner Franz and has 8 horses in full training with her there. Julia regularly brings horses to Bad Worishofen or Ulla flies to Vienna so that they can work together.
One of the first horses Julia brought to Ulla's stable, Benetton's Drogheda, competed successfully at International Small Tour for Great Britain and in National Grand Prix in Austria.
This year under Ulla's guidance Julia is looking forward to training and competing her two young horses Benetton's Riocco and Benetton's Willbe. She has trained both the "boys" with Ulla since they were 4 years old. Riocco competed and won at M level as a 6 year old this year and will next year start at S level. Willbe is 6 next year and it is planned to start him at L and M level.

Julia's clients have a collection of lovely young horses who she will continue to train with Ulla and start in the FEI young horse classes. With one owner, Ruth Kerky, they also have many youngsters growing up in the fields in North Germany which were bought as foals and chosen for their potential as top sport horses. This project started 4 years ago and so the first foals are now old enough to start their ridden career and meet Ulla!
